We bought a whole new office full of Dell computers and a Dell Server. At around 10 months, we lost 2 hard drives. Their basic keyboards used to be nice, now they have CHINA’D them. The customer service sucks and it took them 1 1/2 months to get our order right.

Dell is not what they used to be.

I currently use my girlfriends Dell computer with Windows XP and not a day goes by that the computer does not freeze up on me at least 3 or 4 times. Other Dell computers I have used in the past for work have also given me quite a few problems. I am used to using Apple computers and never have problems with them. Why are Dell and Windows XP so poorly designed?

I wiped the hard drive and started all over. I had trouble loading programs again so I left the memory out and everything was cool. I added it a month later and no issues. What the hell? I added Buffalo memory to my home computer and the same weird things started happening. What gives? Thoughts? What is up with dell and upgrade memory?
