I have to get MS word for work. 2007 standard edition is $399 and 2007 home&student edition is $149. Aside from the price, what is the difference? All I need is MS word. Is it possible to purchase that and not the entire office suite?
I wish I could go with openoffice but I am starting an internship that requires Word. I have Corel Wordperfect that is compatible with Word also, but they are insisting on Word.

I am not happy with Dell at all anymore. They seemed to have sold out to China.

We bought a whole new office full of Dell computers and a Dell Server. At around 10 months, we lost 2 hard drives. Their basic keyboards used to be nice, now they have CHINA’D them. The customer service sucks and it took them 1 1/2 months to get our order right.

Dell is not what they used to be.

Well,
I have a really good high resolution 17″ computer monitor (I believe it supports upto 1600×1600 resolution) that I want to use as an HDTV with my PS3 so that the text is legible (text is extremely hard to read with an SDTV). Is this possible? Someone told me it is if I buy a special adapter that converts VGA to HDMI. Would this work? What kind of adapter would I need? Thanks.
